We understand that there is never a problem that is perfectly timed, which is why our helpdesk is open 24/7 every day of the year. Once you have emailed helpdesk@10-100.com, a ticket is automatically generated in our web portal and one of our engineers will respond in order to provide assistance. 

We are proud of our incredibly fast response and resolution times. There will never be an occasion where we do not respond within the Service Level Agreement's contracted times, because we plan to continuously exceed expectations. All of our tickets receive a response within the first ten minutes and the majority are resolved within the hour. You will be looked after, which is why you will never have to wait for a response. 

PROACTIVE 24/7 MONITORING

We believe in proactive, rather than reactive. Our monitoring system alerts us to even the smallest of warnings, often preventing the problems from ever occurring.
